Jeff Truitt

Jeff Truitt is our Chief Operating Officer here at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. He holds a Bachelor's in Environmental Geography from Austin Peay and a proud supporter of the University. Before SERVPRO, he was the Chief of Staff for the Montgomery County Government. We are thrilled to have Jeff on the Executive team!

Brian Bell

Brian Bell is our Chief Financial Officer at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. He joined our SERVPRO team in February 2017. Brian comes to us with an extensive background and education in accounting. Brian is an excellent addition to our Executive team. He will be using his accounting skills in both our mitigation and construction endeavors with certifications in Xactimate.

Bill Shook

Bill Shook is our Chief of Production here at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. He is passionate about undoing the damage and helping families after water, flood, fire, and mold damage. We're glad to have him on our Executive team.

Bill Repsel

Bill Repsel is the Regional Administrator at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. Bill joined our staff in 2013 and is the key to ensuring a smooth workflow. Bill is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. He is also DryBook and Xactimate certified. We are glad to have him on our Executive team.

David Martin

David Martin is our Division Construction Manager at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. David is a former SERVPRO franchise owner and has immense knowledge of our industry. He is certified in WRT, ASD, AMRT, Commercial Carpet Cleaning, ASCS, FRST, VMT and so much more! David also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. We are thrilled to have David as a part of Team Nicholson!

Lori Wilson

Lori Wilson is our Training Specialist at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She has been in the restoration industry for over 10 years and is an approved IICRC instructor. She is a Master Water Restorer, Master Fire Restorer, and Master Textile Restorer with the IICRC. We are glad to have her a part of our SERVPRO family!

Cassie Wyatt

Cassie is our Financial Controller at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She has a background in accounting and secretarial fields with certification in Xactimate and DryBook. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. We are so happy to have her on our Regional team!

Janice Weyant

Janice Weyant is our Human Resource Manager at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She is SHRM-CP and CPP certified and brings with her years of human resource and payroll best practices. This human resource role will be critical in our growth by streamlining hiring the right people in the right positions and expanding our benefit and payroll capacity. She's a great addition to our Regional team!

Jay Chantler

Jay Chantler is our IT Specialist on our regional team. He brings 20+ years of experience working in technology and communications and is also a licensed EMT in the state of Tennessee. We are excited to have him on Team Nicholson!

Ryan Millard

Ryan Millard is our Sales and Marketing Manager at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. Ryan joined Team Nicholson in June of 2018 and has many connections in the Tennessee areas. We are glad to have him on our Regional team!

Victoria Hunt

Victoria Hunt is our Digital Marketing Manager at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. With 8 years of general marketing experience and nearly 4 years of a digital marketing focus, she strives to capture and communicate an organization's core value proposition through quality creative and written content. We are glad to have her on our Regional team.

Rebecca Crow

Rebecca Crow is the Digital Media Specialist for our Regional Team at SERVPRO. She is a Tennessee native who enjoys trail-running and roller skating

Halley Reitz

Halley is the Digital Content Coordinator for the Regional Team at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She has 5+ years of experience in the hospitality field, which led her to discover her passion for digital marketing while working as the Communication Manager for a country club in Central Virginia, her home state. She is excited to gain more experience in the marketing field by working at SERVPRO. Her hobbies are hiking, fishing, and training her red heeler.

Shannon Bruening

Shannon began work with SERVPRO in September 2019 as a receptionist. She later moved to the role of JFC and is now an Accounting Clerk. She is always learning and looking forward to continuing growth within the company.

Christy Govea

Christy is our Payroll Benefits Specialist. She is also a local Clarksville native! She brings over 15-years of experience in HR and Customer Service and is excited to join the SERVPRO Team Nicholson!

Kaileigh Plant

Kaileigh Plant is our Accounting Manager at SERVPRO. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and moved to Tennessee from Orlando, Florida. One of the things she loves most about her job is the opportunities to grow and learn while being a part of different teams!

Danielle Sykes

Danielle Sykes is one of our Accounting Clerks at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. She has a background in accounting and is eager to be a part of our SERVPRO family. We're excited to have her!

Reagan Nicholson

Reagan is our Payroll Assistant here at SERVPRO. She has been a part of Team Nicholson for over two years. Reagan brings great value to our company. 

Patrick Belcher

Patrick Belcher is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis. He has industry knowledge and has worked for various franchises on our team. Originally from Clarksville, Tennessee, his willingness to travel is an asset for our team. He travels with our large loss team and runs projects of any size. He's a great leader that motivates the team to learn new things and become more efficient with the latest technology.

Kim Webb

Kim Webb is the Office Manager, overseeing all office functions with a customer-centered focus. She also serves as the team's spiritual adviser, and nurse, bringing her nurturing characteristics to the entire SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis team.

Dana Cook

Dana Cook is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis. She is responsible for several office functions designed to help the business operate smoothly while keeping the customer experience as her primary concern. She assists with job file management and scheduling appointments, among other tasks. She enjoys using her knowledge of the industry to help customers understand the details of the restoration process for their homes.

Debra Tucker

Debra Tucker is an Estimator and Office Administrator for SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis. Her duties include assisting with all office functions and thorough review and completion of estimates for homeowners and insurance clients. Her goal is to return timely and accurate estimates for all jobs to ensure customers fully understand their restoration fees. She is certified in WRT, ASD, and FRST. Her experience in the industry makes her an excellent resource for our team!

Hannah Walden

Hannah is one of our Job File Coordinator Administrator Assistants. Previously, she worked in a corporate office for 2.5 years as a Customer Service Representative. She has a Bachelors in Business Management and a MBA in Human Resources. She is a great asset to our SERVPRO team.

Jessica Dooley

Jessica Dooley is our Job File Coordinator Admin Assistant here at SERVPRO. She has 2 years of experience in the flooring industry with creating work orders and invoicing. We are glad to have her on our team!

Chuck Tucker

Chuck Tucker is our Production Manager for SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis. He's responsible for departmental operations within the franchise. Through close communications with all business divisions, Chuck's role is to ensure a seamless experience for all customers, both residential and commercial. He enjoys most of his position's fast-paced nature and his ability to provide solutions for our customers and our employees.

He's certified in WRT, ASD, FRST, ODOR, Healthy & Safety, Trauma & Crime, CDC, CCT, and AMRT. Additionally, he holds a NADCA certification.

David Dawson

David Dawson is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis. Dedicated and dependable, he's certified in WRT, ASD, and AMRT. Using specially trained techniques and professional quality equipment, David enjoys knowing he can quickly assess damages and immediately begin actions to resolve situations and minimize damages.

Richard Patterson

Richard Patterson is one of our Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis. Certified in WRT, he's an excellent asset to our team. He's a team player who is willing to jump in and accomplish a task at the drop of a hat. The ability to tackle complex jobs no matter the time of day (or night) with a great attitude!

Chandler Wallace

Chandler has experience working in various areas of the business including, fire, water, and mold remediation. We often refer to him as our “special projects” guy because he fits so well into any project he is assigned to. He enjoys producing music in his free time. We are glad to have him on our team.

Jawuan Willis

Jawuan Willis is one of our Production Technicians here at SERVPRO. He has joined us with knowledge and experience in restoration! He is always willing to learn and take what he can to apply it to other situations.

Oswaldo Molina is one of our Production Technicians here at SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis. He has been in the mitigation industry for a little over three years. As a hard worker who strives for excellence, we are glad to have him on our team!

Bradley Casey

Bradley is a crew chief here in Memphis. He has previous experience as a water restoration technician. We are glad to have him on our team.

Maria Alcala

Our team welcomes Maria Alcala as our new Production Technician! She has worked in mitigation for nearly 2 years. Maria is very knowledgeable in DryBook, Ipad/Contents Tracking, and overall cleaning.

RJ Barnett

RJ Barnett is our Production Manager/Commercial Sales at SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis. He's our mold expert and does a great job of explaining technical details to our customers. He's certified in WRT, ASD, FRST, CCT, UFT, and AMRT. With his experience, he is ready to serve you! We are glad to have him on our team.

Jeff Hobbs

Jeff Hobbs is our Sales and Marketing Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of business development efforts, has worked for SERVPRO of Southeast Memphis for well over seven years. His duties include estimating jobs, visiting work sites, and acting as a liaison between clients, their insurance company, and SERVPRO to help homeowners understand how the job is progressing and to lessen anxieties in these often stressful situations. Jeff attends and participates in many public events and trade shows to educate the public, and business and community leaders, in both disaster prevention, actions to appropriately respond, and what services SERVPRO offers to restore their property should damage occur. 

Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams is our Operations Manager. Jeff joined SERVPRO Team Nicholson in May of 2016. He comes to us with extensive knowledge and expertise for both residential and commercial mitigation work. Jeff certified through IICRC with Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning. 

Billy Morrison

Billy is our Large Loss Construction Division Manager at SERVPRO. The buck stops with Billy. Billy steers the operations by helping to develop business plans and goals. He monitors and manages the Marketing, Production, and Office/Admin Divisions. He is involved in Human Resources and the training and mentoring of our staff and crew members. Billy networks extensively within the community and builds relationships and excels at ensuring customer satisfaction. He stays on top of Safety, Risk Management guidelines, and compliance with industry standards. Billy takes full responsibility for our SERVPRO efforts assuring a successful venture for owners, employees, and most importantly, our customers. Gavin Parchman

Gavin Parchman offers a high degree of professionalism as a project manager. Gavin has to lead many commercial projects for Extreme Team Nicholson dealing with fire, water, and mold. He also has many certifications that make him a great leader and teacher in the restoration industry. He is a strong communicator working well with clients and office staff to help us run a successful SERVPRO franchise.
